A minimalist beauty, ‘Élégance’ is a lightweight, off-the-shoulder gown crafted from luxurious silk georgette.

A slipper satin gown forms the base of the dress for the georgette to be artistically draped. The fabric appears incredibly untouched – organically whispered across the decollete ‘scoop’ neckline and loosely draped over the off-the-shoulder straps. Featuring a specialist lightweight corset inside, the dress feels airy yet luxurious to wear, with ease of movement in a circular flowy skirt and train. The corset, expertly crafted in the London Atelier, hugs the body, defining the waist to create the iconic feminine silhouette that Phillipa’s designs are synonymous with.

A beautiful design choice, the sheer georgette finishes slightly longer than the satin skirt train, highlighting the intricate ‘pin hem’ finish – a traditional couture hemming technique. Minimalist designs such as Élégance require the most skilled craftsmanship to execute to perfection. Phillipa uses only the most luxurious quality fabric which is born to be draped in the delicate hands of her Atelier team.
