Phillipa Lepley bride Catherine
A bespoke ivory duchess satin gown and wildflower colourful meadow veil for a wedding in San Antonio, Texas.
Victoire wore an iconic Phillipa Lepley couture gown and veil for her quintessential English countryside wedding at Wilderness Reserve.
‘Vienna Low Shoulder Bow’ has become one of Phillipa Lepley’s signature designs, chosen by brides across the world for its beautifully draped off-the-shoulder silhouette and the effortless femininity it creates. Victoire’s gown was crafted in ivory Italian duchess satin, sourced from Lake Como and lightweight luxury satin organza.
The design’s bias-cut bodice draped into soft off-the-shoulder tied straps from the front and back, highlighting the femininity of the collarbones. The signature Phillipa Lepley corset defined the waist, set against a full skirt of silk and satin organza, each hem hand-bound in organza. Despite its romantic, full silhouette, the dress was light and easy to wear for a summer wedding.
Her two-tier silk tulle veil was embroidered by hand with an abundance of wildflower motifs in pastel tones — French knots and fine threadwork forming meadow flowers, ivy and roses, each bespoke to Victoire and individually placed across the silk tulle, appearing to trickle up onto the back of the skirt.
